MCA Ontario has purchased several online training courses to give to our members. Please see below what we are currently offering members:

Free Suicide Prevention Training Available to Members

In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, MCA Ontario is making LivingWorks Start suicide prevention training available to member companies at no cost.

MCAO has purchased a limited number of training licences, with one licence available per member company. Members may also request additional licences, which will be provided where availability permits.

Indigenous Awareness Training

Developed by Canada’s Building Trades Unions and SkillPlan, this course will prepare you to work effectively with Indigenous populations within the construction context. You'll build the knowledge and skills required to participate in reconciliation and contribute to supportive work environments for Indigenous tradespeople.
